In March 2012 Citizens Advice Bureau NZ (CABNZ) will launch its new Virtual Bureau service.
The Virtual Bureau will be a secure chat-room; a chat-room is a new window on the screen, from where you can send messages and have a conversation with a trained CAB Interviewer in real time.
You may have heard about chat rooms where lots of people have discussions online. Ours will be a secure room – that means that only you (the client) and the Interviewer will be able to see the conversation.
