All our services are free, confidential and independent.
From 9am to 4.30pm weekdays we have a team of trained volunteers waiting for your call or visit to the bureau.
We currently have four specialist advocates who can assist people with an issue in more depth. These advocates have been trained in consumer rights, employment rights, benefit entitlements and other areas, and can either work alongside you or (with your permission) represent you while attempting to resolve a problem.
In addition, we make appointments for and run a Free Legal Advice clinic every second Tuesday evening, with access to a lawyer who can give guidance (but who cannot act for you).
