All our services are free and confidential. We work closely with local groups and services to ensure that we are able to refer clients when necessary to the community resource appropriate for their needs.
Justice Of The Peace
We have a Justice of the Peace (JP) service most Friday mornings; other times by arrangement. Please call 04 528 9040 for an appointment.
Legal Services
Each Thursday beginning at 6pm at our offices at 18 Logan Street, Upper Hutt. No appointment is necessary. If this time is not suitable we can advise of other options.
Specialist Consumer Services
Consumer Advice – we deal with many varied and challenging enquiries in the Consumer area. We assist people who need that bit of extra help with really tricky problems.
Budgeting Advice
Our Budget Advisers are available Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm, and at other times by arrangement.
Application Forms
We carry a range of forms including those for Passports, 18+ Card, Tenancy, Mobility Parking, Disputes Tribunal Claim Forms.
We can also assist with:
- Access to Fundview (i.e. funding opportunities for individuals and community agencies). Please email or phone 04 5289040 for an appointment.
- Filling in forms
- Writing letters
- Photocopying of personal documents
- Faxing personal documents
