If you’ve recently moved to New Zealand you probably have lots of questions about how things work. We run regular information sessions aimed at new migrants in our area, all migrants are welcome!

You can also call or come into the bureau if you want any information or assistance. You can also find more information for migrants elsewhere on our website.

Information Sessions

CAB Queenstown will hold a free information session for newcomers on Health and Wellbeing.

If you have recently moved to New Zealand you probably have lots of questions about how things work. We run regular information sessions aimed at new migrants in our area, all migrants are welcome.

The forthcoming information session on Health and Wellbeing will include:

  • how the health system works in New Zealand in general and in Queenstown
  • what ACC is and how it works
  • community support
  • immigration update

The session will be facilitated by:

  • Rachel Rose - Citizens Advice Bureau Queenstown
  • Gaylene Hastie - Queenstown Medical Centre 
  • Trish Fredericksen - Manager, ACC, Alexandra
  • Niki Mason - Happiness House

This is an excellent opportunity to have any questions answered and find out new information.
