Migrant Information Sessions 


If you’ve recently moved to New Zealand you probably have lots of questions about how things work. We run regular information sessions aimed at new migrants in our area, all migrants are welcome!

You can also call or come into the bureau if you want any information or assistance. You can also find more information for migrants elsewhere on our website.


Information Sessions

CAB Browns Bay will hold a free information session for newcomers on Emergency Management -What to do in an Emergency.

  • What would you do in case of a flood, storm, earthquake, tsunami, volcano or other hazard?
  • How would you make a plan with your Family to get through an emergency?
  • What numbers can you call and where can you get information?
  • What can you do when you have no phone or internet?

Followed by questions and answers.
