You are not obliged to provide any personal information when you access any of our services and may remain anonymous if you wish.  If we do need to know your personal details to be able to assist you, this will be explained to you so that you can make an informed choice.

We undertake to do everything we can to ensure that information collected about you will be stored securely and only used for the purposes for which it was collected.

You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to see any personal information held about you and to request that any wrong information is corrected or removed from the CABNZ database.  You can do this by contacting the bureau that helped you with your enquiry or by contacting the Privacy Officer at CABNZ National Office
