Citizens Advice Bureau is fully committed to respecting your privacy and is committed to, and fully supports, the principles that are set out in the Privacy Act 1993.

Information about Web Usage
Citizens Advice New Zealand (CABNZ) temporarily collects and stores information about the behavior of users of the cab.org.nz website to analyse consumer demand for the Citizens Advice Bureau’s services and to improve consumer satisfaction with the site.  CABNZ does not store cookies permanently on users’ computers.

Personal Information
When accessing our service there is no obligation to provide any personal information of any kind.  Should we be required to collect personal information to be able to assist you, we will only do so with your express permission after we have clarified why this information is required.
