Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand (CABNZ) gratefully receives support for its work from a range of organisations. We particularly would like to thank:
Datacom is a New Zealand company with a long and successful history of delivering IT management, software development and integration and business process outsourcing solutions and services to organisations of all sizes, including local and central government customers.
In 2007 Citizens Advice Bureau NZ (CABNZ) was successful in its application to the Digital Strategy Community Partnership Fund (a fund administered by the Department of Internal Affairs). The application was for funding of CABNZ's Digital Strategy Project - a project to develop a new, integrated technology solution (of which this website is a part) for the purpose of enhancing our service to the public. Datacom went the extra mile to produce systems that fit with our requirements. Datacom continues to provide support for this system.
Microsoft is a computer software and hardware corporation whose mission and values are “to help people and businesses throughout the world realise their full potential.”

In January 2010 Microsoft made a software donation to Citizens Advice Bureau NZ (CABNZ) to support CABNZ's new technology platform (of which this website is a part) developed under the CABNZ Digital Strategy Project. The dollar value of the free software licensing Microsoft has provided was worth approximately NZ$5.5 million.
The donation by Microsoft represents a significant contribution to the CABNZ Digital Strategy Project and therefore to the enhancement of the service which the Citizens Advice Bureau provides to the public. It reflects Microsoft's commitment to working in partnership with not for profit organisations to help them use technology to advance social and economic development.
