Government consultation on Crown/Māori Relations

The Prime Minister has established a Crown/Māori Relations portfolio, whose focus is the health of the Crown/Māori relationship. Its overall aim is to improve outcomes for Māori, and the nation generally, and ensure that the two parties meet their respective Treaty obligations.

The Minister for Crown/Māori Relations has some initial ideas, but he wants to know what you think.

That is why the government is holding a series of hui (meetings) to get ideas for ensuring a healthy Crown/Māori relationship. Find a hui near you

You can find out more about Crown/Māori Relations on the Ministry of Justice website.
