Suitcase law clinics
There is no reason for anyone in the Eastern Suburbs to be ill informed of their legal rights with three monthly and one weekly free legal clinic available. As well as the legal clinics at the Bureau there are regular free clinics operated by the Wellington Community Law Centre at:
• Strathmore Park Community Base, 108 Strathmore Ave, Strathmore on the second Wednesday in the month
• Miramar Community Centre, 27 Chelsea St, Miramar on the third Wednesday in the month.
Kilbirnie Festival 2015
With this year’s Festival focusing on community we decided to have a table on Festival day. We had a good day with lots of our community stopping to say thanks for the work we do. Here is our volunteer Kerry just after we got set up.
